We tailor quotes based on your home’s size, ensuring a fair estimate.

Does someone have to visit my house before I can book a cleaning?

Just like you, we value privacy. Skip the pushy sales visits – book your cleaning online, and our admin team will send you a quick quote. It’s as easy as a one-minute booking to get your space sparkling without any hassle. However, for deep cleaning, we’ll need to visit your home to provide a precise estimate.

Are cleaning supplies included?

By default, no. We keep it that way to ensure your cleaner uses your preferred products, preventing any cross-contamination. Don’t worry if you’re out; we can bring them for an additional charge starting from £15 per visit (inclusive for move-in/out cleanings). Just opt-in from your customer dashboard. For your standard cleaning, we use your vacuum and mop/bucket, so make sure to have those on hand. Check out our suggested list here!

What if I'm not happy with my cleaning?

No worries, get in touch with us Immediately. Our goal is to put things right. We’ll reschedule and dispatch someone right away to address any problems. We would be pleased to change the cleaner if you think it’s necessary. Our commitment to you is our satisfaction guarantee!

Scheduling Questions

Can I get same day booking?

We don’t guarantee same-day bookings. But, depending on the day, we can often meet this requirement.

Do I have to be home for my cleaning

Not necessarily, all cleaners are honest, but it’s entirely up to you. If you won’t be at home, please make sure to inform us of how we can access your house.

Does my cleaner arrive at the exact time I book?

Yes, most of the time. However, we allow a one-hour window due to traffic and weather circumstances. In cases where your cleaner might be delayed, you will be contacted to keep you informed..

When am I charged for the service?

Before the service for one-off cleaning and at the beginning of each month for regular cleaning (as cleaners are paid on a weekly basis). For deep cleaning, we require a 50% deposit upfront, with the remaining amount charged after the cleaning has been completed.

Are there any commitments of contracts?

We require at least one month’s notice to assist in finding another client for the cleaner, ensuring their working hours are not affected. However, in case of an emergency, you can cancel the service anytime without incurring any penalties. Our contract is highly flexible, and there’s no need to commit to a predetermined number of appointments.

Do you provide the supplies?

Cleaning supplies aren’t included by default. This ensures your cleaner uses the products you prefer, and there’s no cross-contamination from house to house. However, if you don’t have supplies, we can bring them for an additional charge starting from £15 per visit (for move-in/out cleanings, products and equipment are included). You can choose this option from your customer dashboard. Additionally, you can click here to view a list of items to have on hand. Please note, we always use your vacuum and mop/bucket, so please ensure you have those items available.

What services do you offer?

We provide a range of services, from weekly cleaning to one-time cleaning, as well as move-in and move-out cleaning. You can view the different services by clicking on “Services” in the menu.

Are Maid in Chelsea Cleaning Services cleaners screened?

Certainly. The cleaners undergo a thorough screening process, which includes a police background check, reference checks, and in-person interviews. We also insist on significant experience in residential house cleaning to be eligible to work with us.
